Canopy extraction cleaning
The grease on canopies, filters and ductwork is a real fire risk, which can be prevented by regular specialist cleaning. We can advise you on frequencies; generally three, six and twelve monthly intervals. The cleaning of canopies will remove all carbon, grease and fatty deposits. This will reduce the risk of fire and also improve airflow and ventilation in the kitchen. Our service includes the full deep clean of the canopy and degreasing of the plenum chamber plus decarbonising of filters.
Filter Cleaning
We clean all types of kitchen filters such as mesh, baffle, stainless steel, aluminium etc. Dirty and greasy filters will seriously affect the performance of your kitchen extract system.
WE CAN ALSO PROVIDE NEW REPLACEMENT FILTERS AND
A CERTIFICATE OF HYGIENE WILL BE PROVIDED ON COMPLETION OF ALL WORKS.
